Mrs. Latosha Dawn

I have been in education for over 15 years, with 6 years of experience as an administrator. I currently serve as the Assistant Principal of “Permenter Middle School”. I previously served as an ELAR teacher and Department lead in Dallas ISD and continued my journey at Lancaster ISD as an Associate Principal, Testing Coordinator, and Instructional ELAR Coach.

I received my Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and my Master's from Texas A&M Commerce Education Administration. I believe in growing and building capacity within all stakeholders and growing the whole child. As a servant leader, my goal is to continuously learn and grow from our students, faculty, staff, parents, and other stakeholders to become a better leader.
