Marquita Rollins

I have 20 years of experience in education and have dedicated my career to empowering students, supporting educators, and building strong school communities. I have served as a teacher, instructional coach, college and career coach, and assistant principal, all of which has given me a well-rounded perspective on teaching, learning, and leadership.

I am committed to fostering a positive school culture where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. I believe in building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff while creating an environment centered on belonging, growth, and success.

Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with my family as a wife, mother, sister, and aunt. I love traveling, exploring new experiences, and enjoying a little shopping along the way. I am passionate about serving others and look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of students and the school community.
